$ Case Study for PC800 - PC1066 RAMBUS DIMMs: Rambus DIMM is based on Intel 840 chipset (OR840, SMP Xeon Workstation), 850 chipset (D850MV, Pentium-4 workstation), and 820 chipset (desktop) boards.  It's dual-channel memory design so the performance is between DDR1-266 and DDR1-333 DIMMs.  PC-800 is for 400MHz CPU; PC-800A and PC-1060 is for 533MHz CPU based motherboards.  Memory is one of the key components and ECC module is recommended with both hardware and software optimization.  We're a system integrator that not just know server grade DIMMs but all components in the whole system.   Please email to xxera@xxera.com if you have any questions.
